Arte Research is an independent consultancy operating in the West Midlands and South West, with bases in Birmingham and Bristol.

We are extremely well networked with local consultancy companies and specialist freelance consultants, and as a result can bring together teams with exactly the right skills needed to deliver high quality assignments across a range of thematic areas. We tend to seek small to medium sized projects at national, regional and local level.

Dr. Anna Hraboweckyj is a member of the Institute of Economic Development and works to the Institute's Code of Professional Conduct for Consultancy in terms of competence, integrity and responsibility. The Institution of Economic Development expects all members offering consultancy services to provide first class value to their clients, and to do so in ways which enhance the profession and demonstrate high standards of integrity. The Institution also expects members to ensure that the Code is followed by those with whom they work, or who act on their behalf.

Anna is also an NCVO approved consultant.

Dr. Leon Quinn is a Digbeth Trust registered consultant and member of its Professional and Technical Aid Service.

Arte Research operates rigorous quality systems and procedures from the outset and throughout its work. These deal extensively with the control of work undertaken, from specification through to verification of outputs, and are applied as a matter of course to all projects.

Each assignment has a designated project lead who is responsible for delivering an agreed contract specification to time and budget. An assignment may also include associates where specific sub-contracting arrangements are put into place. Our associates are authorised for use once a review is undertaken of their skills, track record and self-employed status. We always set out in writing their input and responsibilities to the work, and the purpose, scope, costs and timetable for their tasks within the assignment.
